ActingTeodulfo Decena Belarmino (1922–1984) was a Filipino film actor originally from the rustic town of Calamba, Laguna. He emerged as one of the prominent leading men of LVN Pictures from the late 1940s to the mid-1950s. His last screen appearance was in Kumander Melody (1983), which starred Ramon Revilla.
