Our story is of a young boy who learns he will one day free his father from imprisonment, raise an army, and defeat the Mad King Zhou. Only he doesn’t want to. Do any of it. At all. The story of a young reluctant hero as he stumbles into an epic tale, Lord of the West is about what happens when a hero doesn’t feel so... heroic. And then he does. A little. And then, of course, a lot.
